Sangeeta, a founding member of the firm with over 23 years of experience, has led its International Capital Markets practice since 2004. She has completed 108+ GDR, FCCB, and QIP transactions across diverse sectors, each uniquely structured. In addition to capital markets, she advises on domestic and international loan transactions, including ECBs and advance payment agreements. Her work includes a landmark US$ 2 billion structured finance deal for a major industrial group.

Outside of work, she is a passionate traveller and Discovery Channel enthusiast.
