Ruchi has been associated with Rajani Associates since 2020 and is currently a part of the Acquisitions, Private Equity and General Corporate team.
Her experience covers a broad spectrum of private equity transactions, foreign exchange advisory, corporate restructuring and commercial documentation. She has been actively involved in advising both domestic and international clients on investment structuring and regulatory aspects under Indian corporate and exchange control laws.
Beyond her professional interests, Ruchi enjoys travelling, maintaining an active fitness routine and reading.

LL.M. in Business Law from the University of Mumbai.
