Rajeev is a commerce and law graduate and a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has been with Rajani Associates since 2010 and has grown to become an integral part of the Firm’s corporate and commercial practice.

Rajeev specializes in Corporate and Commercial Laws, General Corporate Advisory, Regulatory Compliances, Drafting and Negotiation of Commercial Contracts, Strategizing and Structuring of transactions, Joint Ventures, Acquisitions and Corporate Restructuring. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience in advising clients on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, providing pragmatic and business-oriented legal solutions.

He also advises on loan and structured debt transactions, debt restructuring and matters under Insolvency and Bankruptcy. His work extends to alternative investment fund formation, both domestic and overseas, including structuring, documentation, and assisting funds through their investments and exits from portfolio entities.
