Prem is the Founding & Managing Partner of Rajani Associates with a valued experience of more than 34 years.

Prem began his career prior to liberalisation and evolved along with liberalisation in foreign exchange laws in 1991 followed by creation of well-developed securities laws, and thereafter first-hand experience on new vistas, such as power projects, aviation, telecom, media and such other sensitive sectors and new laws enacted from time to time, such as Competition Commission, PMLA.

Although he has created a niche for the corporate practice, Prem has not been away from and has had a share of experience in both the specialized fields of conveyance and litigation.

This diverse experience of Prem, across various practice areas of Law, has helped him evolve into a complete lawyer, with knowledge of law and negotiations acumen.Nowadays Prem enjoys the most in Structuring (Restructuring) and Mergers and Acquisitions.

While one may say Prem’s passion is Law; but his hobbies are running, cycling, swimming and watching suspense thriller and spy movies and to soften the mood, indulge in old melodies.
