Nishtha regularly advises clients on both inbound and outbound investments and is well-versed in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial and corporate documents.

Over the years, she has represented a diverse clientele including corporates, start-ups, private equity funds, and high-net-worth investors, guiding them through legal due diligence, transaction documentation and deal closure. Her work spans sectors such as financial services, technology, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, advertising, and renewable energy.
