Devesh Juvekar is a Senior Partner at the Firm. He has experience of more than 25 years at the Bar and specialises in Litigation, Arbitration, Dispute Resolution, White Collar Crimes and Insolvency and Bankruptcy.

Devesh appears before numerous forums including Supreme Court of India, High Courts of Bombay, Delhi, Goa, Kerala, District Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Securities Appellate Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal and quasi judicial authorities.

Devesh advises various clients on wide range of contentious matters related to corporate and commercial issues, IPR issues, electricity act, white collar litigations, Constitutional matters/ Writ Petitions, and general commercial litigation. His core area of practice also involves advising business organisations on issues arising under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.

Devesh holds a graduate degree in law from the K.C. Law College Mumbai. During his career, he was associated with many top law firms based in Mumbai.
