We successfully defended Probability Sports (India) Pvt. Ltd. before the Bombay High Court, where the Division Bench upheld the rejection of interim relief sought by Jupicos Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. The Court agreed that the claim was belated, the Participation Agreement was determinable, and damages—not specific enforcement—were the appropriate remedy.
