Ashish has been associated with the Firm since 2007, shaping a practice across some of the most intricate areas of corporate law. His experience spans a wide spectrum of Merger and Acquisition transactions, whether routed through court-driven processes such as mergers and demergers or executed through conventional share, asset, and business acquisitions. Over the years, he has developed a steady command over the legal and strategic nuances of corporate restructuring.

Ashish also plays a significant role in the Firm’s insolvency and debt resolution practice. He advises resolution professionals, liquidators, committees of creditors, stakeholders, and resolution applicants throughout CIRP and liquidation. His regular appearances before the NCLT, NCLAT, and the Supreme Court in IBC matters, along with his work in SARFAESI proceedings, reflect his depth in the insolvency framework.

He further oversees domestic and offshore fund formation, guiding funds through setup, investment, and eventual exits.
