Rashi commenced her legal career in 2015 and has since built a strong and versatile practice. Having worked across Private Equity, Capital Markets, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Intellectual Property Rights, she brings a multidimensional perspective to her work. Over the years, she has honed her expertise in Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions, where she now focuses her practice.
Her academic foundation, combined with her diverse transactional experience, shapes her approach to delivering thoughtful, strategic, and business-oriented legal solutions.
In her leisure time, Rashi finds inspiration in travelling, writing poetry, meditating, and immersing herself in outdoor pursuits that keep her grounded and energised.
