Gitika M. Chhabria is a Senior Associate at Rajani Associates, Mumbai, where she has been associated since 2017.

With a strong foundation in corporate and financial law, she is an integral part of the Firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice. Gitika regularly advises on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers, demergers, and acquisitions involving both listed and unlisted entities. Her expertise spans corporate structuring, insolvency and restructuring matters, and general corporate advisory, with a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks under the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.

An alumna of O.P. Jindal Global Law School, where she completed her LL.M. in Corporate and Financial Law in 2021, Gitika brings a balanced blend of legal precision and commercial insight to her work. Known for her meticulous approach and clarity in navigating intricate legal landscapes, she continues to build on her experience in high-value corporate matters.
