With nearly two decades of experience, she has handled a broad spectrum of matters spanning civil, commercial, and criminal litigation, including white-collar crimes, domestic and international arbitration, insolvency, and company law.

She has appeared before various fora across India, including the Supreme Court, High Courts, NCLT, DRT, and other regulatory authorities, representing clients in complex, high-value disputes. Kavita’s expertise lies in advising and defending individuals and corporations in sensitive white-collar matters involving investigations by agencies such as the CBI, SFIO, ED, and EOW. She also advises on debt recovery, wilful default proceedings, and issues under SARFAESI and sectoral laws.

Kavita has authored and co-authored several legal publications and finds creative expression through Indian classical music, travel, and painting — pursuits that reflect her balanced and thoughtful outlook.
