Karen has been associated with Rajani Associates since 2015 and is presently a part of the Private Equity, Acquisitions and General Corporate team. Over the years, she has gained considerable experience in handling investment transactions, corporate structuring, and advisory matters involving diverse sectors.

She has co-authored several thought-provoking articles published in leading platforms such as CNBC-TV18, The CSR Journal, Economic Times-Rise, VCCircle and Financial Express, along with multiple pieces featured in the firm’s publication, De Jure. Outside of work, Karen finds joy in travelling, dancing, and singing, and often unwinds by listening to soulful music.
