Dikshat Mehra completed his LL.B. from K.C. Law College, Mumbai, in May 2012 and has been with Rajani Associates since then.

Dikshat specializes in commercial litigation, intellectual property rights, insolvency and bankruptcy, dispute resolution, and white-collar crime. He regularly advises and represents clients before investigative agencies, including the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Economic Offences Wing (EOW), Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO), and Enforcement Directorate (ED), and frequently appears before forums such as the Bombay High Court, Delhi High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, SAT, and the Supreme Court of India. His practice spans a wide range of industries, including banking and finance, telecom, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, media and entertainment, hospitality, power, steel, infrastructure, and oil & gas, while also advising resolution professionals on corporate insolvency resolution matters.
