Amish Shroff began his career with Rajani Associates, where his journey of over 16 years has grown from an intern to Partner. He currently leads several private equity and acquisition transactions for the Firm.

He completed his LLB in 2006 and his Master’s in Law in 2014 from the University of Mumbai. Recognized by Forbes India (in association with Legitquest) as one of the Top Individual Lawyers in the Legal Powerlist, Amish brings deep expertise and dedication to every matter he undertakes.

Over the years, he has advised on diverse mandates involving Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, General Corporate, and Compliance matters. Earlier in his career, he was extensively involved in amalgamations, demergers, capital reductions, buybacks, and represented clients before the High Court from admission to final disposal. He has also advised on projects and infrastructure across multiple sectors.

Amish regularly conducts seminars and presentations, and has authored several legal publications. Beyond work, he enjoys swimming, yoga, reading, and actively promotes health and clean living.
